Initial assessment
I review what has happened, current health, mobility, strength, balance and the activities that matter most.
Recovery at home
Returning home after an admission can leave someone weaker, less steady and unsure what they should safely do next. I provide physiotherapy at home to help rebuild movement, confidence and day-to-day independence.

Exercises and advice are adapted to the person’s current ability and home situation.
The plan focuses on meaningful outcomes such as transfers, walking indoors, managing steps or returning to usual routines.
I am happy to involve relatives and carers with the patient’s agreement. This can make the plan clearer and help everyone understand how to support safe activity between visits.
If somebody is acutely unwell or has developed new urgent symptoms, contact the appropriate NHS service rather than waiting for a physiotherapy appointment.
